We will upgrade the houses and sell the houses at affordable prices making a reasonable profit in doing so.
Local people can invest with us by contacting Aberdeen based independent financial advisors Central Investments Services (Aberdeen) Ltd who will provide information on investment opportunities within this proposed development and whether it is the right choice for those interested.
We will offer preferential house deals to locals, including military personnel as well as to their friends and family.
The proposed development will contain a number of houses set aside for the “Houses for Heroes” project as well as a number to be available for RAF use.
It is not our intention to rent houses to the public sector but to adopt new ownership models to ensure affordable housing and a sustainable community.
